A high end construction firm who specialise in residential fit-outs and refurbishments with Melbourne CBD.

Your new company
They are known throughout Australia for their chic and sophisticated designs, Specialising in residential fit-outs and refurbishments. Due to their ongoing success they require a payroll officer to come on board for 3-6 months contract to cover leave.

Your new role

• End to End Payroll.
• Process year-end payroll reconciliations and associated reports.
• Monthly superannuation processing, payroll tax calculations and payments.
• Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies
• Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability and non-taxable wages.
• Maintain employee’s confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• You will maintain and amend payroll data for employees, managing transactional HR, including processing new employees, terminations, holiday and sick pay.

What you'll need to succeed

• High attention to detail
• Oracle experience
• Clear articulate communication skills both written and verbal
• Intermediate excel skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
