Oji Fibre Solutions is part of a rapidly expanding global manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions. Our plants in VIC, NSW and QLD manufacture corrugated cardboard boxes which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments. We also have a foodservice packaging facility in QLD which manufactures paper cups for a wide variety of uses including cold drinks, hot beverages, hot chips, ice-cream, yoghurt, popcorn, chicken and many other products.
We seek a highly driven and experienced Financial Analyst to join the Packaging AU team, based from the Lansvale site in NSW. This is a key position supporting the National Reporting and Business Analyst for Packaging Australia.
You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of all Packaging AU, Corporate and Oji HD reporting requirements; Providing BPC analysis and project support; Providing accurate analysis and recommendations to Management to assist in setting strategies for margin improvement, EBIT, FROI and Working Capital.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Degree qualification in commerce, accounting or business
- Accounting and standard costing experience
- Knowledge of Commercial and Insolvency Law; and Privacy Laws
- Experience in SAP
- BPC /Hyperion
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience/ exposure to a manufacturing/ industrial environment
- Audit, Financial Accounting desirable
Exposure to a manufacturing/ industrial environment would be advantageous to the incumbent however isn't essential as this position will provide you with plenty of opportunity to utilise your commercial acumen and reporting skills in a results oriented and professional environment.
