We also provide a range of other services to the healthcare sector related to transplantation and immunogenetics, testing, consulting, education and research. Within a professional and motivated team, this role has responsibility for effective and efficient accounting practices within ABMDR Finances. Reporting to the ABMDR Finance Director you will be responsible for ensuring the ABMDR meets all financial compliance requirements, monitoring the ABMDR cash flow and balance sheet and maintain effective processes to produce monthly financial reporting.

You will have:

• A degree in Accounting or Business allowing for membership of CPA Australia or other relevant professional association
• Solid experience in accounting, reporting, control & compliance
• Experience in using Navision or similar system e.g. Great Plains or Epicor
• Proven analytical skills & problem solving ability

You will also be:

• Highly customer focussed, with exceptional inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
• Focused on results and achievement orientated
• Able to work as part of a team or independently
• Comfortable with business activity statements
