The Company
We have partnered with a large organisation located within the Hills District, who are currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month assignment. This role has become available due to an internal promotion, therefore need a go-getter to commence immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work closely with experienced Payroll professionals, who will provide full training.
The Role
You will be working closely with the Payroll Manager and the Senior Payroll Officer and be required to perform the following, but not be limited to:
- Assisting with weekly and fortnightly payroll cycles
- Assisting with Payroll reconciliations
- Managing Payroll Inbox
- Assisting with new starter set ups and terminations
- Exposure to other adhoc Payroll duties as required
The Successful Candidate
To be considered for this position, you will need to have at least 12 months of prior experience and exposure in Payroll. You will have a positive attitude, enjoy working within a team environment and be open to learning and further developing your Payroll skills. Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills is paramount in this role.
On Offer
Full training will be given provided the candidate has minimum 12 months experience within Payroll. You get an opportunity to work within a large organisation and in a large team and in return be rewarded with $28-$31 per hour + super.
