We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for an immediate start.
You must have experience in Accounts Payable role.
Duties:
- Matching invoices to delivery dockets/purchase orders
- Data Entry
- Creditor Reconciliations
- Responding to queries via email and phone
- General ad hoc admin duties
- Ability to time manage and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to cope with a high volume of work
Pronto exposure is desirable.
