A new start-up company are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join them immediately on their exciting journey. Working in the Retail / Health & Wellbeing industry, they promote brands who inspire, motivate and encourages its consumers to be the best version of themselves.
Your new role
Working primarily in a stand-alone position you will be reporting directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities and duties include:
- Full Function Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations & BAS
- Payroll
- Full Finance and Budget Reporting
- Communicating with clients and key stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome
- Preparing communication and business correspondence, emails, agendas and reports
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to work autonomously and support colleagues
- High personal standards with excellent polished communication and presentation
- Be very well-organized, positive, courteous and reliable
- Tech Savvy - strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Retail industry experience desirable
- MYOB experience essential
