Permanent full time position paying $100k plus super for Group Accountant in Laverton North.
Our client is an Australian success story currently experiencing strong performance in a highly competitive market. As a result of their continual growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a Group Accountant.
Reporting through to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the daily finance operations as well as the accounts support staff. Key responsibilities include the preparation and delivery of financial statements, monthly reporting, quarterly budgeting, cash flow management and forecasting. In addition you will also develop and maximise financial process improvements within the group whilst working as a support alongside management.
This varied role offers a unique opportunity to develop and refine the finance and accounting function within a thriving growing company. You will hold CA or CPA qualifications and possess outstanding analytical, organisational and communication skills, combined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Those with demonstrated knowledge of consolidated reporting within a group structure will be highly regarded.
