The role
 
Reporting to the General Manager, Transformation & Technology, this role will be responsible for providing support in the delivery of Transformation. The successful candidate will work with the wider business to develop data to support the assessment and implementation of transformation initiatives ensuring the identification and escalation of trends in deviation to plan and in monitoring activity levels to support pipeline refill
 
 
Key responsibilities
  • Undertake analysis of financial data to identify cost realisation to report into the Transformation team to ensure value flows to the bottom line and/ or reduces paddock to port costs
  • Monitor and report on expenditure ensuring cost savings are maximised and over spend identified
  • Develop reports to assist the General Manager and Transformation Office to understand business needs, identifying data sources that answer relevant questions
  • Provide weekly progress reports to Transformation Manager, work stream leads and Transformation office
  • Lead and manage the administration of our transformation program management tool; providing ad hoc support, trouble shooting and licence management
  • Develop and assist in presenting to lead team and the board in respect to the transformation program; synthesize takeaways from Transformation meetings
  • Produce high quality impactful communications in various formats to meet business requirements
  • Draft CTO weekly email and prepare Transformation talking points for leaders and internal communication channels
  • Work with the wider business to develop data to support the assessment and implementation of transformation initiatives with root cause data, independent perspectives and expert opinions
Skills and experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance related studies.
  • Experience in financial analysis and process review
  • Considerable experience in analysing business requirements and identifying trends and translating into action
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and ability to deal with uncertainty and rapid delivery/ change and high pace environment
  • Demonstrated ability to produce data, information and measurements to objectively support recommendations.  Comfortable in the use of Excel and Power Point.
  • High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills with pragmatic 80/20 approach with the ability to draw our pertinent detail.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the WA agricultural industry or bulk supply chains desirable
