Accounts Receivables Clerk Position within a FMCG industry in the heart of Melbourne CBD for Immediate Start.

Your new company
In 1997 a brand was born, by two friends who wanted better tasting beer. Over the years they have built a well-known brand in supermarkets and a brewery in Melbourne CBD. They are environmentally friendly, they have a huge range reclaimed materials that they use to fit out the office.

Your new role
You will be reporting directly into the Financial Accountant, you are responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of all accounts allocated. Your tasks include the preparation of revenue journals and accruals, receipting of payments. Additional duties will also include:

• Debt collections
• Process a minimum of 50 invoices per day.
• Prepare and Distribution of statements.
• Answer all queries and resolve any disputes relating to debtor accounts
• Prepare and process customer rebates.
• Reconcile customer accounts

Additional ad-hoc duties may be required and administered.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivables position.
• Strong Experience using MYOB
• Advanced Excel skills
• Accounts Reconciliation skills
• Professional and confident, with a positive attitude.
• Ability to priorities your work load to meet company deadlines.
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
