Client Details

My client is an exciting property/real estate player with a significant portfolio on its balance sheet that is targeting even more growth across the sector through acquisition.

Description

You will be the deputy to the CEO and oversee all financial and statutory reporting requirements. You will lead all corporate finance activities on behalf of the business, including debt finance, capital raising, oversee treasury for the business. On top of business as usual, you will be the lead on all M&A activity for both significant and greenfield opportunities. You will find opportunities to better improve the corporate team making finance a world class, efficient and effective function.

Profile

You will be a CA/CPA qualified CFO with strong experience in the real estate, property industry. You will have exposure to the corporate finance world, having directly dealt with the financial institutions and experience with specific capital/debt raising activities. Ideally you will have some understanding of the ASX and it's requirements. You will have a track record of building and leading top tier finance teams, and have a knack for people development. You must be able to influence at all levels across a business, including a very high profile Board.
