The Company
Our client is a leading and innovative icon in their industry. They have recently experienced tremendous growth and are now looking for someone to join their team over the next 3 months. Located in the heart of Melbourne in funky offices it’s located right next to trendy restaurants, cafes and boutiques and close to all forms of public transport.
The Role
This busy fast paced role is a temporary role due to start immediately. You will be working within a medium sized team, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Matching Purchase Orders
- Management of fortnightly pay runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing supplier enquiries and disputes
- Month end reporting and ledger reconciliations
- Ad hoc support to the Finance Manager as required
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years within a fast-paced Accounts Payable role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Exposure to large ERP sysyems
- Be available Immediately
