Centrally located Allied Health practice is seeking a passionate, driven and motivated individual on a part time basis to fill a accounts officer position. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the role will require the successful candidate to working closely with all levels of staff ensuring all financial aspects of accounts are kept up to date.
Flexible working conditions (days and hours) and an opportunity to work (at times) from home are also available. Must have experience in financial management systems (MYOB/XERO).
As part of the role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Incoming accounts
- Outgoing accounts
- Payroll
- BAS preperation
- Weekly / monthly financial reporting
- Staff and business budgets
- Preparation of financial statements
- Accounts reconciliation
