We are now seeking a diligent & reliable individual to join our team.This is a varied & demanding role. Your duties will be very 'hands on', including but not limited accounts payable and receivable, inventory control and other general administrative duties as directed by the management from time to time.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
- 1-3 years all rounder local experience in accounts & administration with proficient in accounting software;
- Well organized & methodical while able to 'multi task' when required and able to meet deadlines;
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel with sound numerical skills;
- Outstanding communication skills with professional manner in order to liaise with internal and external parties;
- Mature minded, capable under pressure, well presented and enjoy working with people in IT industry;
- Working knowledge of ERP would be highly considered;
- Valid drivers license and own transport preferable.
