Our client is a market leader in their field, offering a range of early debt/loan services to SME's. They have an excellent reputation for service delivery and staff development.

Following a recent promotion, they are seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join their commercial business support team in partnering role.

About the Role

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be driving consistent interpretations of reporting and analysis, using systems, business processes and technologies to establish, consolidate and deliver analysis and insights across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business segment performance vs target, identifying gaps as well as opportunities to increase sales
• Produce internal reporting for key stakeholder to support decision-making
• Establish analysis and reporting delivery methods
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, tracking the accuracy and distribution of reports, ensuring consistency, relevance and a high up-take
• Drive process improvement initiatives through recommendations and development of new reporting, processes and tools as required
• Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Big 4 audit or advisory experience, ideally within financial services 
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
• 2-3 years post qualification in similar role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Degree qualification in Finance, Business or Economic and/or CA qualified
