About the role

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Processing Purchase Orders
• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparation monthly payment runs
• Preparation of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports
• BAS / PAYG preparation
• Payroll and leave entitlement calculations
• Annual returns as required by the business
• Oversee final stages of transition from MYOB to Xero
• General office admin

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts receivable. Ideally holds accounting degree but not a prerequisite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Intermediate-Advanced computer skills with sound knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Intermediate -Advanced Xero and MYOB knowledge.
