Looking for a strong Finance Officer for a Immediate Start.
Your new company
This organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join there growing team for a full time opportunity!
Your new role
You will perform the following tasks;
- End to end accounts payable functions (Processing of payment runs and supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations)
- Reconciliation of company credit cards
- Running end to end payroll
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting end of month financial reporting
- Assist with BAS and PAYG submissions
- Booking of all travel and accommodation
- All-rounder to help out with logistics and administration
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a similar position and have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Finance Officer role or equally a similar role in a medium to large sized organisation where you were able to demonstrate the aptitude of basic accounting controls and procedures with accurate data entry skills. You will possess a strong working knowledge and have experience in Microsoft Office Packages and computerised accounting systems/ software. You will be CA/CPA qualified (or near completed) and have exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workload.
