This leading Australian Bank is currently hiring a Finance Business Partner into their Institutional Banking team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner will have one direct report and it will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and analysis across the Institutional Banking portfolio. The successful candidate will have strong FP&A/Business Partnering experience within Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of performance reporting to the CFO and business on a monthly basis.
- Drive the use of predictive analytics within the bank to highlight revenue opportunities.
- Complete bottom up build of annual revenue, expense, RWA and ROE plans globally across Institutional Banking
- Ad hoc/ deep dive analysis of key areas of focus in order to drive performance in the business.
- Delivery of the annual financial plan, working closely with Group Planning and other Finance teams.
Key Requirements:
- CA Qualified or equivalent
- 6+ years FP&A/Management reporting experience
- Financial Services experience essential
- Experience using Tableu is beneficial
