Randstad are recruiting for a large company based in Melbourne CBD with a revenue in the billions and over 11,700 staff across all states in Australia.
We are looking for a senior payroll officer to join the company for the next 6 months to act as senior in the team of 3 reporting directly into the payroll and HRIS systems manager.
You will be:
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a monthly payroll of 11,500 employees is processed in accordance with EBAs, awards and NES.
- Utilising Chris21.
- End of month activities including reconciling the accounts to the general ledger.
- Delivering top class customer service to any member of staff who has a pay query.
- Reconciling payroll to the general ledger.
- Producing and sending out PAYG
- Tax
