We have built a Legal Bookkeeping Team based on the Sunshine Coast. Our clients are cloud based so you will be able to work from home.
If you have Legal Bookkeeping experience, you will have the opportunity to work with CPA guidance in providing bookkeeping services to our client. We predominately work with LEAP Legal and Actionstep, so any previous Legal Industry experience would be an advantage but we can also provide training for the right candidate if you have worked with other Legal Software. Please mention any Legal Bookkeeping experience in your cover letter.
We customise an accounts procedures manual for all of our clients and you will be trained to use the Books Onsite manual in all areas of bookkeeping.
Duties include:
- Law Trust Account Management
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll and superannuation
- Management Reporting
- BAS and PAYG Lodgement
Advanced MYOB, Xero and Excel experience is also necessary.
