As the Billings Officer you will be responsible for all aspects of corporate billings in a high volume, manual environment. This role will report into the Billing Team Leader and is based in the organisations ANZ Headquarters within state of the art, modern facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- As the Billings Officer you will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of Billing
- Review of the current billing process and formulate a change plan in order to implement best practice.
- Assist with day to day activities of the Finance Operations team during peak periods, which may include e-billing and special rates.
- Document and provide guidelines of new billing processes.
- Provide regular updates to key stake holders including Finance Operations Manager and Finance Operations Supervisors on areas of responsibility. These updates may include a monthly written summary of key activities.
Key Requirements
- 1+ years billing experience is essential
- Experience working with a large ERP system such as SAP or Oracle would be beneficial
- Intermediate Excel skills are required (v look ups)
