About the Roles:

We are currently seeking experienced Accounts Payable Officers to undertake both temporary and permanent assignments in the Adelaide CBD, northern and eastern suburbs. Candidates who demonstrate experience in high volume invoicing and busy transactional processing environments are encouraged to apply. Experience working with MYOB, XERO and /or ERP systems including Oracle and SAP will be highly desirable.

Any diverse experience where you have managed payroll activities with Accounts Payable responsibilities will also be ideal

Positions available are offered with full-time hours. One has potential for part time hours, (15-20 hours a week).

Key Skills and Experience:

To be successful in these roles you will have experience in:

• End to end accounts payable processes
• Processing a high volume of invoices per day
• Identifying and investigating invoice discrepancies
• Three way matching
• Transactional processing
• Raising of requisitions
• Payroll experience, managing all data entry (up to 50 staff)
