Alliance Safety Group is seeking an Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team in Townsville.
Our goal is to enable people to be safe in the workplace and to assist our customers in the prevention of occupational disease and injuries. We partner with the best manufacturers and product specialists to supply quality safety products which are fit for purpose. Our specialty is the technical aspects of safety which is provided through sales, service and hire of confined space entry, height safety and rescue equipment.
We are seeking an experienced Accountant who is looking to join a growing family company.
The key accountabilities for this role are:
- Establish and maintain financial management systems
- Ensure effective, efficient and optimal delivery of Alliance Safety Equipment's administrative and financial services
- Provide leadership and management of administrative staff
- Drive business operations against key performance indicators
- Responsible management and accountability
- Ensure effective utilisation of resources
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and energetic person who has a relevant accounting qualification, experience in managing staff, excellent communication skills, high levels of organisation and problem solving skills. Candidates who hold a CPA will be highly regarded.
