The Company

Join a leading facilities management and project delivery service provider, working as a Facilities Coordinator onsite with a key client. With major accounts and clientele across Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand they manage a diverse asset base and offer a unique opportunity to develop your career in the FM space. This is temporary position with the opportunity of a permanent role after 3 months.

The Role

This successful candidate will be located at Paramatta and will be the first point of contact for the organisation onsite. You will responsible for managing all soft services and related contractor groups. You will be offered the chance to work autonomously and gain experience liaising closely with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating of all reactive and preventative maintenance, overseeing the delivery of corporate services, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and ownership of periodic reporting.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain the CMMS system capturing all preventative and Reactive work orders.
  • Conduct regular facility audits to ensure a high standard is kept.
  • Manage OHS & E policies.
  • Administrative and reporting based tasks.
  • Support the Facilities Manager/Account Manager on daily tasks.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience working within an integrated services Property Management, Facilities Management or Project Management space.
  • Use of CMMS and work management systems
  • Experience in a customer services focused role
  • Knowledge of building services and general building maintenance
  • Proven experience in scoping, tendering and documenting subcontracts.
