About the business
We're a rapidly expanding, high-end fashion model and talent agency based in Surry Hills. We're looking for a motivated, dedicated bookkeeper and talent account manager to join our dynamic team.
About the role
- Performing end to end bookkeeping transactions
- Payroll management
- Accounts receivable – involving, processing payments
- Accounts payable – talent payroll | supplier payment
- Reconciling multiple bank accounts and credit cards
- Strong knowledge of Xero and talent / artist finance management
- Management employee reimbursements
- Tracking expenses associated with account / clients / talent
- Liaison for clients – internal and external
- Liaison for suppliers
- General administration duties and responsibilities
- Part time flexible, adaptable hours based on business needs
- Assist senior bookkeeper (external) and accountant (external) with BAS | Tax return processing
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Experience working in talent agency environment preferred
