The role available is a permanent end-to-end accounts receivable position based in Melbourne CBD. The organisation is a property company located in Melbourne CBD. The company has an excellent team culture, which works closely together to meet project-driven targets. The client is looking for an experienced accounts receivable officer to start as soon as possible.
Description
Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
- Full function accounts receivable processes
- Chase payments over the phone/by mail or email
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues
- Conduct credit checks
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Generate financial statements and reports monthly
Profile
The successful candidate must have the following experience:
- Previous experience in an end-to-end accounts receivable role
- Previous experience within the property industry is preferred but not essential
- Has experience using Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Previous experience working with high volumes of invoices
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work in a small team
