The successful applicant will report to the Director of the firm and work within a team of experienced Accountants. There is great career growth within this company for the right person. My client:

Has had continuous growth over the past decade. They focus on assisting a range of rural-based clients including farmers and commercial business owners to maximise their businesses by identifying and providing innovative solutions for their investment needs. They work proactively with their clients to add value. It's a sizeable team with low turnover rates. They have a social, fun and down to earth team. 

Role:
• Completing Tax Returns & Financial Statements Annual Returns, BAS, FBT, CGT etc. with a variety of entities including SMEs, trusts and partnerships
• Assist with the services provided to a portfolio of clients
• Meet with clients to identify their objectives and goals
• Look at clients' bigger pictures - assist with tax planning and strategic advice
• Assist clients in growing their profits
  
You:
 
• 3+ years' experience as a Business Services Accountant within a Chartered Accounting practice
• Studying towards CA or CPA
• Degree in Accounting/Finance  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise work flow
• Ability to meet tight processing and reporting deadlines
• Advanced level of  Excel and numeracy skills
