An exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper who is seeking part time work in Melbourne's North.
Your new company
This Pharmaceutical Company, is looking for a new Bookkeeper to join the company on a part time basis. Initially this role will be temporary basis, but is likely to go permanency for the right candidate.
Your new role
Working 16-20 hours a week, this role will support the Financial Controller. Your duties will include:
- Full function accounts payable
- Full function accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card payments and reconciliations
- Month end preparation
- Monthly payroll for 13 people
- Ad hoc admin duties
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience bookkeeping, with XERO and excel knowledge essential. Computer/system expertise will be highly regarded. The client would ideally like a local candidate that is looking for stability and longevity.
