Trust Accounts Manager
Foreshew Strata Agency has an opportunity for a Trust Accounts Manager to use their well-developed accounting and administrative skills to support our clients.
This is a growing and successful business - we employ 13 team members and offer a wide range of learning and development programmes for colleagues to enhance their skills.

Description
As the Accounts Manager/Assistant, you will be required to provide support to the broader team including:
- Debt recovery processing
- Liaise with clients regarding levy enquiries
- Reviewing accounts and ledgers on monthly basis
- Daily banking
- General Ledger and Journal administration
- Generating Levies/Levy Management
- Finalise invoice processing
- Audit Preparation for clients
- Other administrative and accounts support as required
- Extensive Diary Management

- Ability to Work Under Pressure and to Deadlines
- A Strong Focus on the Client

- Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
- Well Presented
- Back ground in accounting, finance, financial management advantageous
- A background in the strata management sector would be advantageous
The ideal candidate will possess
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A high level focus on customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Ability to take initiative, be flexible and work collaboratively
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a pressured environment
- A Background in financial management with accounting and/or bookkeeping qualification
