Trust Accounts Manager

Foreshew Strata Agency has an opportunity for a Trust Accounts Manager to use their well-developed accounting and administrative skills to support our clients.

This is a growing and successful business - we employ 13 team members and offer a wide range of learning and development programmes for colleagues to enhance their skills.

Whilst we have a high expectation on the service levels we provide our clients and have a passion for success, we also provide a great working environment and support along the way.

Description

As the Accounts Manager/Assistant, you will be required to provide support to the broader team including:

  • Debt recovery processing 
  • Liaise with clients regarding levy enquiries
  • Reviewing accounts and ledgers on monthly basis
  • Daily banking
  • General Ledger and Journal administration
  • Generating Levies/Levy Management
  • Finalise invoice processing
  • Audit Preparation for clients
  • Other administrative and accounts support as required
  • Extensive Diary Management

  • Back ground in accounting, finance, financial management advantageous
  • A background in the strata management sector would be advantageous

The ideal candidate will possess

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level focus on customer service
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Reliable and professional approach to work
  • Ability to take initiative, be flexible and work collaboratively
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a pressured environment
  • A Background in financial management with accounting and/or bookkeeping qualification
