About the role
Looking for an experienced Strategy or Corporate Finance professional to work on a full time short term contract to support the Strategy team around a range of strategic initiatives, risk/threat assessments and commercial/M&A opportunities
 
Responsibilities
  • Undertake analysis to support a wide range of strategic initiatives, including commercial M&A opportunities 
  • Conduct comprehensive operational and financial modelling 
  • Utilise strategic frameworks to support the delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Perform market research, including detailed reviews of businesses, markets and our competitive landscape 
Requirements
  • Experience in Mergers & Acquisition at consulting level or corporate strategy team
  • Proven track record with financial modelling
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills 
  • 3-5 years analyst experience 
  • Proficient use of Excel
