Payroll accountant
Responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Superannuation reconciliation
- PAYG payment summary preparation and submission
- Calculate and process employee wages and overtime
- Payroll tax
- Maintenance of master client payroll data files
- Processing terminations and final pay calculations
- Assisting with payroll related queries
- Experience in MYOB and/ or Xero
Position requirements:
- Experienced with at least 2 years in similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- High communication skills
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in English and Mandarin
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player i.e. can work well with other team members of the firm
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
- Professional and capable of working independently
- Payroll experience in accounting firm will be highly regarded
