Our client located in Warriewood are a specialist service provider to the complementary medicines, food and over-the-counter pharmaceutical industries. Due to significant growth within the business we are currently searching for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Support / Accounts Officer.
This position is a permanent position and offers full time hours, Monday to Friday.. This is a great opportunity to build on your career in a growing and successful industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Basic accounts / bookkeeping duties including: daily banking, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow, purchase orders and spreadsheet maintenance
- You will be working closely with the financial controller to assist with various tasks including: logistics and product costing
- Handling new and existing customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Respond to or acknowledge customer enquiries and orders and manage orders from placement to completion
- Providing support to management where needed
- General office duties including: answering phones, filing and tidying
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 2 years customer service / administration experience
- Have a good understanding of accounts / payroll
- experience using MYOB
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging and changing environment
- A high level of problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
