A vacancy for this exciting role has become available for an experienced Payroll Officer to join one of Australia's fastest growing women's apparel brands. The position will see you work closely with all people within our community from store team through to senior executives and will be 2-3 days per week.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing weekly
  • Validate payroll against budgets and complete relevant payroll reconciliations
  • Ensuring that quality customer service is provided to our stores and other divisions by processing the weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing all pay related queries and ensuring timely reply
  • Ensuring that practices and procedures in payroll comply with all statutory requirements and any applicable industrial awards
  • Processing on new starter details into the ERP
  • Month End Reporting
  • Coordinate Superannuation payments
  • Review and improve payroll processes and procedures
  • Ensure all employee deductions are paid monthly
  • Assistance the Human Resources Manager + Other Adhoc Administrative Duties

To be successful in this role, you will require the following

  • 3 + Years Payroll Experience - Ideally within multi-site retailer
  • Extensive payroll experience & knowledge of relevant processes, practices & awards
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the willingness & ability to understand the needs of our staff and contractors, and to deliver an amazing customer experience every time
  • Proven decision making skills & the ability to solve problems at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize and hit all deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
