We are working in partnership with a dynamic business based on the Central Coast who are keen to appoint a knowledgeable Payroll Manager on a permanent basis to join their established and professional team.
You will be accountable for ensuring that payroll services are delivered across the business to employees, within agreed performance standards and service level agreements.
This is a challenging and diverse role that will utilise your high level payroll experience whilst offering you the opportunity to get involved in additional projects such as salary bench marking, working with external providers, system improvement and supporting the wider team during an exciting period of growth.
It is essential that you have practical experience in managing a multifaceted payroll function teamed with solid and recent experience of working with computerised payroll and T&A systems.
You must also have a detailed understanding of general ledger, taxes, legislation, workers compensation, awards, time sheet efficiency and solid report writing skills.
