About the company:
An outstanding opportunity has become available to join a major property developer with over $2.2B worth of projects in the pipeline across Sydney and Melbourne. They are seeking a Fund Accountant who comes from a background working within the Real Estate or Property Development industry.

About the role:

Prepare reports showing yields, net asset values and distributions
Reconcile accounts with data from other sources, correcting any variances
Schedule audits, compliance reports and financial statements
Identify any irregularities or issues with accounting records
Determine cash flow from analysing fund activities

Requirements:

Experience in a Fund Accountant role or similar
Ability to meet deadlines
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Accounting or similar
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese would be advantageous but isn't essential
