About us
We are offering this opportunity to work as essential administrative manager for a diverse and talented architectural practice. This is a new flexible role based in the Melbourne CBD.
We are a 7 person team currently, with approximately 40 live projects feeding a viable business with good turnover.

The Role
We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to provide bookkeeping and studio management skills for our small business.
You will be an experienced bookkeeper with management experience, and prior experience working with XERO accounting software. Experience with payroll, invoicing and budget management will be essential.
Time and cost will be actively managed by you, with the Director's assistance, across our operation.
Skills & experience
To be considered for the role, you will possess the following attributes:
- A bookkeeping and/or accounting qualification
- 5-10 years plus experience working in small business in an accounting and/or office management capacity
- Familiarity with XERO Accounting software platform
- Previous performance of a Studio Management role in an architecture or design related consulting business will be an advantage but not essential
