This entrepreneurial property business is led by two highly professional and business savvy leaders.  With a variety of property investments and assets under management including industrial and commercial properties, this group is always looking for the next addition to their portfolio.

Reporting to the Directors, your role is far more than day to day accounting for their property portfolio. In this hands-on role, you will support the Directors with business administration tasks such as managing the company's cash position, insurance renewals, refinancing and liaising with advisors on legal, tax and accounting matters.  As an Accountant, you are also responsible for the daily accounts for a range of properties within a set portfolio. This will include GL Reconciliations, AP, AR, BAS, tenant rent review and daily cash management.

CA/CPA qualified or near complete, you will bring your polished communication skills, commercial acumen and old fashioned work ethic. You will enjoy working in a boutique environment where individual performances are recognized with discretional bonuses.
