Do work that matters
In this Senior Investigator role you will be responsible for investigating complex matters and allegations involving significant regulatory and/or reputational risk. This includes whistle-blower allegations. This is a new role in the Group Investigations team.
Working closely with the senior leadership team within Group Investigations, you will:
- Lead investigations into complex matters and allegations involving significant regulatory and/or reputational risk
- Brief internal stakeholders and ensuring matters are escalated promptly within the Group, having regard to the risk and integrity concerns associated with the matter
- Manage engagements where law firms or other external providers have been retained to conduct the investigation
- Coach and develop others within the team
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within Group Investigations
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information to various stakeholders
We’re interested in hearing from people who
- Ideally have experience in Investigations within an Accounting firm (audit or forensic), Legal or Financial Services regulatory experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex investigations
- Resilience in working in high pressure situations
- High level of personal integrity with excellent judgement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
