Role
The Bookkeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the accounting systems and reporting to management.
Duties:
- Bookkeeping, including receivables, payables and payroll
- Updating schedule of leases, hire purchases and other periodic commitments.
- Management of receipts and payments
- Cash flow management and reporting
- Keep book-keeping up to date to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly BAS statements
- Ensure accounts are ready to hand to accountant at EOFY
- Various administrative duties as directed by Management
- Relieving administrative staff if and when required
Skills & experience
We are seeking a competent and experienced bookkeeper/accountant/administrator. You will present well and be a team player. A good knowledge of accounts administration is a must. At least 10 years experience in bookkeeping preferably MYOB and/or Xero. It would be preferable if you could start immediately.
