The Company
Robert Half are currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a reputable organisation on a part time basis, 2-3 days per week. It is an ideal position for a Bookkeeper who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment within a variety of duties, who can work both autonomously and as part of a team when required.
The role is a 6-month fixed term contract and is based in the Inner Eastern Suburbs.
The Role
Reporting to the Business Manager your duties will include:
- Accounts Receivable full function
- Accounts Payable full function
- Payment Processing
- Credit Control
- End to end Payroll function
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS
Your Profile
To be successful, you will be an experienced Bookkeeper with previous exposure to working in a fast-paced environment both autonomously and as part of a team. You will have a high level of attention to detail, a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Exposure to MYOB and intermediate Excel skills will be highly regarded.
Experience working within the hospitality sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
