Commercial Business Partner - National Property Brand
A leading property group based in the CBD are looking for a Senior Analyst on an initial 3 month contract basis, with the intention of making this permanent, to join their high calibre commercial finance team.
This will be a varied role that will initially have a mix of analysis, management and financial reporting that will get further into the realms of business partnering once you are established in the business. The organisation want someone that is happy doing basic month end tasks and reporting, assist in the finalisation of this years budget while also working with operational stakeholders to coach them through their financial results.
This is a fast paced environment and you will need to have the type of character that makes you adaptable to changing business requirements day to day while also being the type of analyst that likes going into the detail to truly understand the numbers and add value. An interest in the property would be preferred and you will need to have a strong analytical/business partnering background to fit this role for the long term.
This role requires someone on a short term notice period and will start immediately.
