Bosch Rexroth as part of the Fortune 500 Bosch Group is a market leader in the field of hydraulic machinery business.
We are looking for a person that will support the development and structure of our Finance & Controlling Department as well the company overall. Our head office is located in Kings Park, North-West of Sydney with branch offices in other states around Australia. This newly created role will suit a dynamic professional to support us growing even stronger in the future.
Main responsibilities:
- Regular analysis of sales trends and expense management within the organisation.
- Provide support in preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Provide support in calculation and review of Inter-company prices (transfer prices)
- Support preparation of annual Budget and Forecasts
- Support analysis of key-cost drivers
- Support AP and AR areas from controlling perspectives.
- AD HOC activities within Controlling and Finance.
The Tasks:
- Preparation and coordination of weekly sales report.
- Preparation and posting of monthly journals
- Preparation and analysis of monthly gross margin analysis.
- Preparation of internal management reports for KPI meeting.
- Preparation/support of charge out of service/costs to other Bosch entitles.
- Taking responsibilities for approvals and other task related to controlling.
Requirements
- Studies of Commerce/Accounting with Business administration required. Or Degree qualified in Commerce/Finance or related discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in controlling or management accountant. Or Previous experience as a Business Analyst (3 years at least)
- SAP / BW experience advantageous
- High attention to detail and thoroughness
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential; must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management personnel
