Company Background
Our client is an equity-backed healthcare business with a well-established business model that continues to enjoy year-on-year growth. Recent successes has meant there has been a need for a Business Analyst to join the team in a newly created role.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, and with touchpoints all-round the business, this role has been created to add real punch to their analysis and will allow them to better understand their business. More specifically this role will involve:
- Pulling apart the revenue to better understand its drivers and its’ performing / underperforming business operations
- Analysis of their service offerings to help the sales team better target and position themselves for the customer base
- Working with the Finance Director to help the business grow its bottom line and the business’s market share
- Working closely with the IT team on the implementation of a new ERP, TM1.
- Becoming a systems expert and business contact for all analysis enquiries
- Manage the cashflow, forecasting, reporting and P&L analysis
- Building and maintaining models to assist the business with its strategic decision making

Your Background
To be considered for this unique opportunity you will have had experience within either the Healthcare or service based industries. Deep knowledge of TM1 would also be a significant advantage and would allow you to offer so much more to the role. You will also need to be CA / CPA (or equivalent) qualified.
