Your new company
This 4 Partner accounting firm based in Lane Cove is ranked in the Top 100 Accounting Firms in Australia by revenue. Due to growth, there is now an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join the team. This firm provides accounting, business advisory and wealth management services to small and medium sized businesses and their families.
Your new role
You will be providing tax and business advisory to a range of clients and helping to develop their business. You will be managing clients, dealing with referrals and presenting work to clients that has been done by other accountants. Exciting role for someone who wants to do more than just compliance and move on from the grind of the work! Lovely offices in a modern building in the heart of Lane Cove!
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have strong tax technical skills and be CA or CPA qualified. However if you are qualified by your experience in Professional Practice and have great people skills you will also be strongly considered. For this role, communication is key and you should also be comfortable with socialising with clients e.g. for a coffee/lunch to help develop the business, build relationships and add value to the firm.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a generous salary of up to $110K package and a have a good work life balance. Standard hours are 8.30am to 5pm and most people are gone before 5.30pm. Great culture with a team that loves to have laugh together and who like to bounce ideas off each other and work collaboratively.
