This is very much a hands-on role; the successful applicant will be an important member of the senior management team.
The successful person must have strong IT skills and preferably experience in a Quotation/Job Costing environment.
Your role will involve:
- Producing accurate and timely monthly management reports
- Preparation of yearly budgets
- Management of the Job Costing system
- Cash Flow Management
- Lodgement of statutory requirements (BAS, FBT etc.)
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheets
- Daily management of debtors and creditors
- Business partnering to Sales and Operations.
- Review and reporting of quotations
- Weekly management updates
- Overview the monthly stocktakes
- Drive continuous improvements
The successful candidate will have/be:
- CPA qualified
- A strong desire to make a difference.
- Able to work with others internally and externally.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same/similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An advanced level of excel skills
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- An ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
