A leadingproperty company based in Sydney are currently looking for an investment analyst to help in a number of potential transactions as they look to grow the business.

The key duties of this role will include:

Investigate business cases to determine if they are appropriate for the business
Due diligence around potential proposals
Help preparing the 5 year capital strategy plan- From internal project spends to larger M&A activity
Monthly reporting around capex and tracking vs budget
Portfolio evaluations
Post investment reviews
Partnering with key internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience around large M&A activity whether it be in a PE firm or Chartered firm. Strong negotiation skills are essential given the high level of stakeholder engagement the role will have.
