Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a talented Payroll Officer to join their team based in Alexandria, NSW.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working as part of a small team, responsibilities for this role will include:
- End to end payroll processing
- Processing a small sized weekly (50) and monthly (100) payroll
- Calculating annual leave, sick leave and other payments
- Adding new starters and processing terminations
- Assisting the Payroll Manager as required
Ideal Candidate
- Two years of payroll experience
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
- Experience in interpreting awards and EBAs
- Sound analytical & problem solving skills
