About the Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial and management reporting requirements of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead direct reports
- Manage all day to day operations of the finance department
- Analysis and interpretation of reports and data providing meaningful insights
- Management of financial risks
- Management of the audit process
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and the integrity of financial data
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Experience in a similar role
- Leadership experience
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in time recording systems, Xero, Workflow MAX and the financial services industry would be highly regarded
