We are seeking an experienced and personable Payroll Officer to join a great team for 2 month temp contract.
This is a wonderful organisation who value their employees - whether permanent, or only with their team for short period. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, able to communicate effectively and is down to earth.
You will be supporting and running payroll for upwards of 1000 employees within Australia and potentially NZ on a weekly and monthly basis.
What will the role include?
- Accurate end-to-end processing of payroll
- Liaising with staff and management across any related enquiries
- All related administration including new starters, off-boarding and payslips
- Calculating additional and termination payments
- Supporting with month-end reporting
- Working in alignment and understanding of awards & agreements along with employment contracts
Who you are?
- Great attitude, and quick to learn new processes
- 3 + years experience in a Payroll Officer role
- Experience with PeopleSoft is beneficial
This is a 2 month role to start immediately. You must be available full-time Monday-Friday and able to start by 23rd July.
