The Company
This well-established, international business is currently looking for an experienced end to end Payroll Officer to join their team. This funky organisation offers incredible staff benefits and flexible working conditions, with a healthy work-life balance!
The Role
Reporting to a highly supportive Payroll Manager, operating in a close-knit team this role will see you utilise your end to end payroll experience along with the following duties:
- Process the weekly and fortnightly payroll using Chris21
- Process payroll tax and superannuation calculations
- Reconcile payroll issues
- Understanding and interpreting complex awards and EBA’s
- Adhering to all payroll related queries
- Process all leave entitlements
- Support HR with new starters, contracts and terminations
Skills & Experience
- End to end payroll processing experience in a large payroll using Chris21
- Experience with complex awards & EBA's
- A strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
