The Role:

Preparation of vouchers for data entry using the internal system

GEVS & GBTS system voucher confirmation
-
Checking and Confirming payments in GERP system
-
Mass payment Preparation
-
Cheque runs & Preparing EFT payments
-
A/P Reconciliation work
-
Corporate AMEX credit card reconciliation
-
Dealing & responding to supplier/vendor queries
-
Dealing with staff queries
-
Preparing Daily Cash Flow for Finance Section
-
Cancelling cheques & EFT’s
-
End of month General Expense Accruals
The Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounts payable and maintaining general ledgers
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing reports
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Very effective organizational skills
- Time management skills
- High level of work accuracy
- Self motivated and efficient
- Team orientated
